Von Koeke House is a private home owned by Kelly Foxton, a Canadian artist devoted to the creative expression and practice of Christian Science. This house serves as a gathering place for the study and reflection of the healing principles of Divine Science. This gracious home is located  in Canada's only "Historic Artist's Village on Stilts" (Bear River Village, photo right). Built by a Sea Captian in the late 1800's, it overflows with tranquility and warm elegance. Two adjoining rooms overlooking lawns and lupine fields are reserved for our guests from away. Both overnight and day visitors have full use of the dining room, studio and library (photo below) containing Christian Science periodicals and the writings of Mary Baker Eddy. Catered meal packages can be arranged upon request. Von Koeke House connects to the local community by co-ordinating customized , themed workshops and gentle-eco adventures. Activities are mindfully designed in collaboration with  other community resources to promote the thoughtful exploration of spiritual healing, creative expression and cultural awareness. These unique and enlightening experiences are open to all people from every walk of life who express a heart felt interest.
