Nine years Journeyman Plumber for large Water District, Manager of Grounds for Health Care organization 3 employees, Ran own Home Repair Business for last 6 years,Carpenter for Property Management Group, Superintendent of Construction and maintenance for Landscape Contractor, was a Site Supervisor and a Works Project Director for an Urban Corps,was responsible for around 90 Corps Member and 8 Site Supervisors at one time. I also did finish Carpentry for The Coastal Conservancy in construction and installation of Redwood Kiosks throughout California. Have a class A Drivers License, was assistant Ticket Manager for the San Francisco 49er's for about two years. I have many construction and managerial skills as well. I have a B.S in Human Resources from U.S.F. and letters of recommendation ranging from personal to business. I am a class taught member of the Mother Church and am an Actor and Singer and have soloed at numerous churches.
