Description: Our world economy appears to be suffering from instability, lack, and insecurity.  Our individual financial situation and that of our churches may seem to mirror this unsettled and uncomfortable condition.  Governments and individuals are working diligently to fix what appears broken, but we still seem to see a lot of struggling, and hope for progress and peace seems rather tentative and conditional.

Isn’t it about time we garner our abundant resources and put down this deception once and for all? The answer to the trouble that would seem to challenge a nation, keep us hunting for fruitful work and sufficiency,  and cause us to live meagerly or cautiously, is us! The answer is a group of healers just like all of us. Dedicated and inspired Christian Science prayer and treatment is absolutely the solution. It really is the only solution, don’t you think?

All are invited to participate in this interactive workshop, October 23rd at 3 p.m., Eastern time. I’d love to get the ball rolling by sharing some ideas I’ve been working with (and demonstrating!) and then open up the discussion for questions, inspirations, and illuminations from participants.  We may not bring to light perfect world abundance in an hour or so, but I am not putting that past us! I absolutely expect us to be on our way to knowing better how to pray from a point of strength and unity, and perhaps be more eager and excited about doing so. The activity of healing is certainly something to get fired up about! These challenges are calls for grace. And grace is always timely and sweet!

Your speaker:

Laura Moliter has been a Christian Science practitioner since 1998. She is the author of the book The Key to the Kingdom: How a Change in Perspective Can Make Your Earth More Like Heaven, which provides the reader with spiritual insights Laura has gained and utilized successfully in her healing practice. Laura has also been led to write and share daily e-mail messages inspired by quotes from the Bible and the writings of Mary Baker Eddy. These have been called healing treatments by those who subscribe. Laura is a former journalist and has had many articles and poems published in the Christian Science periodicals and on Spirituality.com, as well as several in her local newspaper. She has conducted workshops discussing spiritual solutions to life’s daily challenges. Laura also enjoys writing songs and singing with her twin sister in the band, Rare Birds in Flight. She began her professional practice in New York City and currently resides in Austin, TX, with her husband, Billy.
