On the morning of March 9, 2004, CSDirectory.com publisher, Mark Mohlenbrock, was listening to a CD of contemporary music from his collection of Christian Science artists. As he drove along, he thought "how nice it would be if people all over the world could listen to this beautiful, healing music during the course of their day".

A subscriber to the internet radio network "Live365", Mark realized that this internet radio network might be the vehicle to make such music available to the world. Upon returning to the office, he contacted the network, then a few of the Christian Science artists he knew, and by midnight that night healingmusic365 was born! Broadcasting began with 8 tracks from 3 artists.

Within 3 months, the station had grown to an airplay list exceeding 400 tracks from 20 artists (many of whom are Christian Scientists) — broadcasting 24/7. Today, our music library contains over 1000 tracks of music from over 70 artists. Tens of thousands of streams of music have been played by people in over 60 countries around the world.

This web site was added to support the station on June 21, 2004. The station and music library have continued to grow. We are broadcasting from the shores of Lake Tahoe, California.
