introduction: I am a happy person who has had many wonderful experiences on this journey. Enjoy different kinds of music from jazz to classical and country western with some new age thrown in. Watching sports and movies live or on T.V. with a companion is great. Enjoy a variety of restaurants and can fix simple meals. Willing to lean to be a better cook just not rushing into it these days. introduction:Here is a condensed version of who I am and some of the things I enjoy. As a start I would not be who I am without Christian Science. I was fortunate to have been raised in Christian Science and to have been married to a devoted Scientist. I am class taught and am currently enjoying the delightful position of 2nd Reader.
I am blessed with a wonderful job working with children of all ages and their parents, supportive and delightful co-workers and ever-present opportunities to use my creative talents.
I love the theatre, the symphony (when I get to attend), sailing (it has been awhile), gardening, reading, and entertaining, to name a few of my interests. Of course I never mind going out for dinner or lunch or breakfast or coffee. I enjoy tennis and golf and would do a lot more of each if I could coerce someone into playing with me. I love to dance, Big Band music is a favorite. Play me a song with a saxophone and I love it. Actually I enjoy most music except heavy metal and too much elevator music. I am very artistic and take the opportunities I have to use my creative talents when and where I can for myself and others. I am in the process of writing 2 children’s books when I take the time to fit in writing.
Animals are favorites of mine. At the moment I have 2 cats but have had everything from snakes to horses and a lot in between. I have three terrific, supportive children, 5 delightful grandchildren and many dear friends. I am a kind, loving, supportive good listener with a terrific sense of humor. I go out of my way to do things for people from prayerful work to taking someone a bouquet of flowers, to just being available to listen and share ideas. Please remember this is a condensed version.
