introduction: I was born and spent my pre-teen years in New Jersey where I was raised in Christian Science. My grandmother was also a Scientist. I am ever-grateful for that solid foundation, and attend our local branch while my kids attend Sunday School. I have not had class instruction, but have been seriously considering that path. I have lived in Arkansas for many years and have lost all traces of my "Joisey" accent except to native Arkansans who hear something in my voice that tells them I am not a native. |

I am an artist and an art teacher. There is no doubt that creative bones are part of my personality. Hiking in the woods nourishes my soul. Laughter is always in my heart. Stimulating conversation about the news, the arts, or the world hold my interest. Browsing through art museums, galleries, or flea markets on a lazy Saturday afternoon is my form of entertainment. Dancing is one of my true passions and I am not too shy to dance as if no one were watching.Anything new and exciting keeps me alive! Being grateful and appreciative helps me to celebrate my life. Traveling is one of my joys and I look forward to seeing more of our beautiful world. |
