 Curious
about Mark and Marilyn? Mark is a life-long, fourth
generation, Class-taught Christian Scientist and Mother Church
member. Mark has been very active in the local Christian Science
community through the years - having served as Chairman of Board of a local Branch
Church, past-President of the Board of Directors of El Dorado
Vista (a Christian Science Nursing facility), and past-Chairman
of the Phoenix Metro Joint Broadcast Commitee. He also serves
as an Assistant Committee on Publication for northern California. Mark was a member
of the faculty for the Principia Adult Continuing Education
(PACE) "Summer Sessons" in 2006 and 2007. He is also a former ad rep for The Christian Science Monitor with a territory covering AZ, NM, UT, NV and the eastern side of the Sierras in CA. Mark is also in the public
Christian Science practice.
Marilyn
was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. She has been
in Christian Science most of her life and is Class-taught and
a Mother Church member. While in South Africa, she was very
active in her local Branch Church. Marilyn is active in helping
Mark with CSDirectory.com and administers CSDirectory.com's "Ring
A Reading Buddy" program - a worldwide "care
committee" type activity where Christian Scientists help
other Christian Scientists by reading to them.
Mark
and Marilyn live in northern California and are members of the Christian
Science Society in San Juan Capistrano, California.
